Testing and Surveys
1. My tests
Section "My tests" (located in the "Testing and Surveys" menu) is designed to manage all of a student's test assignments. Section is divided into two main tabs: "Assigned" I "Passed or In Progress".
The possible test statuses are as follows:
- Passed/Not Passed;
- assigned/Self-Enrollment.
1.1. Assigned Tests
This subsection displays the tests assigned to the employee and pending completion.
- Counter and Notifications On the main tile "Assigned" displays red indicator with the number of new tasks. Within the section, the total number of available tests is displayed (e.g., "Total tests: 3").
- Test cards Tests are presented as tiles with a name. If Test has not been opened yet, it displays a label. "New".
- Test information page When selecting a test, a screen with its detailed characteristics opens before starting the test.
- Passage conditions time limit for completion, passing score Score (in %), number of questions, and XP points that can be earned for success.
- Description and Competencies Test description and list of skills it is designed to develop.
- Difficulty and Subject Test classification (e.g., Difficulty "Light", Subject "General").
- "Start Test" button initiates the knowledge verification process.
1.2. Passed or In Progress
This subsection serves as an archive and log of the user's current activity in tests. When the "Take" button is pressed, Test moves from the "Assigned" section to Section "Completed or In Progress". Upon reassignment, Test appears again in the top "Assigned" list.
- Test list For each test in the list, the number of attempts used and a button are available. "Pass" to resume or continue the current session.
- Attempt History Each card can be expanded (arrow icon) to view details for each completed attempt.
- Status: "Passed" (highlighted in green) or "Not Passed" (highlighted in orange).
- Timestamps Exact dates and times of the start and end of each attempt.
- Points Final result as a percentage relative to the passing threshold (e.g., "30/80%").
1.3. Analysis of Results
A button is provided for completed attempts. "Results" (depends on the settings in the test field "Test Results"), Open a detailed report in a modal window:
- Breakdown by issues The learner can see the text of each question, their answer option, and its Status. "Correct" (with a green indicator) or "Incorrect" (with orange indicator).
- Overall total In the results window, the Status of completion ("Passed"/"Not Passed") and the Final completion percentage are duplicated.
At the top of the section, the user has access to toggle buttons. display view (grid or list), as well as a button "Back" for a quick return to Personal Account.
2. My Surveys
Section "My Surveys" (located in the "Testing and Surveys" menu) is designed for collecting feedback and conducting employee surveys on various topics. Unlike tests, surveys typically do not involve right or wrong answers.
Section is divided into two main tabs: "Assigned" I "Passed or In Progress".
2.1. Assigned Surveys
This subsection displays the forms assigned to the user and pending completion.
- Counter At the top of the page, the total number of active surveys is displayed (for example, "Surveys: 1").
- Survey cards: Для каждой анкеты указано её название, Status ("Назначен") и implementation period - exact dates during which Survey is available to complete.
2.2. Completion polling
When the survey is launched, a modal window with questions opens.
- Question format Rating scales (e.g., from 1 to 5) are often used, where the user selects the most appropriate option.
- Management After answering all points, you must press the button. "Send" to complete the survey. A "Close" button is also provided to exit without saving.
2.3. Passed or In Progress
This subsection contains the user's survey participation history.
- Information on passage For each survey, the number of completed is displayed. attempts and time last submission answers.
- View Answers Using the button "Open" The user can view their results.
- Anonymity In the results view window, it is indicated that anonymity level question (e.g., "Anonymous") and the total number of recorded responses. Previously selected answer choices are highlighted in the interface.

3. My checks
Section "My Checks" (located in the "Testing and Surveys" menu) is designed for checks and assessments of open-ended responses in tests. This tool allows users selected as reviewers to view detailed responses from other participants and make a decision regarding their correctness.
Main Features and Interface
1. Working with the list of active checks. The main screen of the section displays a list of all responses awaiting the reviewer's decision.
- Counter At the top of the page, the total number of tasks requiring attention is indicated (e.g., "Awaiting Review: 27").
- Task Cards For each response, the date and time of submission, the full name of the responding employee, and the question title are displayed.
- "Check" button Allows to proceed to a detailed examination of a specific response.
2. Answer evaluation process. When transitioning to the verification of a specific task, a workspace opens with the following elements:
- Question text and Answer of the user On the left side of the screen, the task description and the full text of the employee's response are displayed.
- "Test Result" Panel On the right side of the screen are the tools for issuing a verdict.
- Comment on the answer Feedback input field where you can describe what was done correctly and what needs correction.
- Rating buttons After reviewing and writing a comment, you must press one of the buttons: "Correct" (green) or "Incorrect" (orange) to complete the verification.
3. Audit Archive. The system retains a history of all previously rendered decisions.
- Transition to archive Button "Show archive" at the top of the screen switches the list to already reviewed tasks.
- Archive statuses In the archive list, the assigned grades are immediately visible - indicators. "Correct" or "Incorrect" next to each task.
- Return Button "Show active" allows you to quickly return to the list of active checks.
This Section provides prompt communication between the learner and the examiner, enabling a qualitative assessment of knowledge that cannot be verified in an automated mode.
