Purposes

1. The following educational components can be assigned in the application:

• Programs.
• Courses.
• Tests.
• Materials.

2. Assignment can only be performed by the application moderator.

3. By Default all educational components published in catalogs are available for self-assignment. That is, when a learner starts completing them independently, Self-Assignment occurs.

4. When Assignment is assigned by a moderator, the educational component receives Status "Assigned". When a learner independently starts completing the educational component, it receives Status "Self-assigned".

5. The application offers four types of assignment:

• One-time Assignment.
• Regular Assignment.
• Assignment for beginners.
• Assignment for groups (for Bitrix 24).

One-time Assignment of the educational component to the selected group of learners.

Regular AssignmentA one-time Assignment is assigned a recurrence schedule. 

Assignment for beginnersEvery new employee who will be added to the portal will undergo this Assignment.

Assignment for groups (for Bitrix24)Assignment will occur for all group members. Subsequently, when a new member is added to the group, this Assignment will automatically occur for them. 

1. Assignment of tests, courses, materials.

One-time Assignment:

• Enter name.
• Select courses, tests, or materials to assign.
• Select the employees who will receive the Assignment.
• Select the module responsible person (this is an employee who will be assigned the task and will be the observer in it - for Bitrix 24).
• Enable or disable "Create tasks". For Bitrix24 and Zoho CRM. Whether a task is created in Bitrix24, Zoho CRM.
• Select the start and end of the assignment.

Attention! The educational component (Course, Test, Material) will appear in your personal account on the scheduled date. For example, the current date is May 1. Assignment is scheduled for May 5. This means the educational component will appear in your personal account on May 5.

Regular Assignment.

Add frequency (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). The system will perform this Assignment at the specified frequency. 

Assignment for beginners

When creating an assignment, activate "This is a template for assignment - for new employees". Enter the title, add an educational component.

Assignment for group (for Bitrix24)

When creating an assignment, activate "This is a template for assignments - for groups". Enter a title, add an educational component, select a group. When a new group member is added in Bitrix, they will automatically be assigned Assignment.

This scenario can also be implemented for newcomers. When different onboarding programs need to be assigned to newcomers, different groups are created in Bitrix for different target audiences. When a newcomer is added to the Bitrix24 portal, they are automatically added to this group in Bitrix.

2. Assignment software

1. Select the program for assignment, employees, and setup method (for Bitrix24). 

2. In the assignment, you can edit the deadlines for modules, those responsible for specific modules, and the program as a whole. 

IMPORTANT! In Assignment you can add new employees. After adding new employees, click the Save button. 

The results of program assignments are available in the "Program Results" tab. The results of other educational component assignments are available in Reports.

To make Assignment open: Settings (gear icon top right) - Assignments. To assign Programs open the "Program assignments" tab, to assign courses, tests, knowledge base materials - the "Assignments" tab. Click the plus and create Assignment.

Status "Assigned" is assigned to an educational component when it is assigned by a moderator. Status "Self-assigned" is assigned when a learner independently starts taking an educational component from the catalog. By Default all published components are available for self-assignment.

To create a one-time assignment, it is necessary to:

1. Enter the purpose name.
2. Select courses, tests, or materials.
3. Select employees who will receive the Assignment.
4. Select the module responsible (for Bitrix 24).
5. Activate or deactivate the "Create Tasks" function (for Bitrix 24 and Zoho CRM).
6. Select the start and end dates of the assignment. The educational component will appear in the student's personal account on the assignment start date.

To assign programs, it is necessary to:

1. Select a program for assignment, employees, and method of setup (for Bitrix 24).
2. Within the program assignment framework, you can edit module deadlines as well as assign responsible persons for specific modules and the program as a whole. Important: In existing Assignment programs, you can add new employees, after which you must click the "Save" button. Activated Assignment cannot be deleted.

Program assignment results are available in the "Program Results" tab. Results of other educational component assignments (courses, tests, materials) can be found in the "Reports" section.

To create a Assignment, open "Settings" (gear icon in the top right), then navigate to the Section "Assignments". For programs, use the "Program Assignments" tab, and for courses, tests, and knowledge base materials, use the "Assignments" tab. Click the plus icon to create a new Assignment.

1. The test start notification was not received because the employee has not yet started taking it, or the notification settings in the Notification Center are disabled.

• General notification settings in the Notification Center take priority and may block the delivery of notifications, even if personal settings are enabled.

1. Location in the interface:

• You can check the Status test pass status in reports (e.g., "Test Reports").
• Check notification settings: 'Settings → App Settings → Others' (Notification Center).

If the assignment element is inactive, it means the application has switched to the free Plan mode, and there are more than 3 educational components in the catalog of lessons, tests, or courses. You need to remove the excess, leaving only 3 units (no more than 3 lessons, no more than 3 tests, no more than 3 courses).

Assignments are located in the section: Settings - Assignments. The assignments module is only available to application moderators. In the "Program Assignments" tab, program assignments are available; in the Assignments tab, course assignments, tests, and knowledge base materials are available.

The assigned courses, tests, and materials for an employee in their personal account are displayed in the My Courses, My Tests, and My Materials sections, respectively.

To delete an assignment, open the assignments module, then go to the Program Assignments or Assignments tab. Locate the required Assignment and click the "Delete" item next to the assignment. Please note that all data and results of this assignment will be permanently deleted.
