Learning
Section "Learning" is the central hub for managing all of the user's educational activities. It can be accessed from the Main page of the student's personal account.
This section contains the following main subsections:
- My ProgramsIt contains comprehensive development programs in which the user participates. Such programs typically consist of a set of various educational components.
- My coursesSection with training courses that are assigned to or initiated by the learner. It is subdivided into two tabs: "Assigned Courses" I "Passed or In Progress".
- My MaterialsHere, individual educational materials (documents, videos, etc.) are displayed that have been assigned to the employee or that they have started studying on their own.
- My groupsSection with the user's study groups. This functionality is integrated with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Bitrix 24) and is not available in all application configurations.
- My Eventsdisplays all events in which the employee is involved.
- IDP (Individual Development Plan)Section contains the employee's personal development plans.
Functional interface elements:
- Notification indicatorson the tiles (for example, "My Programs" or "My Courses") are displayed Red indicators with numbersindicating the number of current or new assignments in this subsection.
- Navigation and ViewIn the upper right part of the page, there are buttons for switching. display view (grid or list), as well as a button "Back" for quick return to the main menu of the personal account.
- SearchThe top panel retains access to the search bar for quickly finding the desired course or material by keywords.
1. My Programs
Section "My Programs" designed for completing comprehensive development programs in which the user participates.
This section presents three main categories of materials:
- AssignedTraining programs assigned to the user and pending completion.
- PassedArchive of programs that the user has already successfully completed.
- I am Observerprograms where the observer role is assigned to the user.
For convenience of progress monitoring, tiles display red indicators with numbers indicating the number of active assignments in each category. The navigation allows quick switching between display views or returning to the general Section "Learning" using the button. "Back".
1.1. Appointed
Section "Assigned" (The "My Programs" tab) contains a list of all comprehensive training programs assigned to the user that require completion.
Main features and interface elements:
- Program CounterThe total number of active assignments is displayed at the top of the page (e.g., "Total Programs: 19").
- List of ProgramsEach Program is represented by a separate row, where its name and implementation period (start and end dates of access to materials).
- Progress indicatorTo the right of the program name, the Status of completion is displayed (e.g., "1/4"), showing the number of completed modules relative to their total number in the program.
- BreakdownUsing the "down arrow" icon, you can expand detailed information for each specific program.
Access to this section is available through the "My Programs" tile in the "Learning" menu, while the tile itself displays red indicator with the number of new or current assignments.
1.2. Distance Traveled
Section "Completed Programs" "My Programs" is an archive of all training programs that the user has successfully completed.
Main elements and features:
- Training HistoryThe section displays a complete list of completed comprehensive programs, indicating their names and completion dates.
- Status completionEach Program in the list is marked with a green indicator. "Completed".
- Content detailingThe user can expand any program card (using the arrow icon) to view the list of modules it contains, such as lessons or individual materials (e.g., PDF files).
- Status modulesEach element within the program displays an individual mark. "Passed" with a green checkmark, confirming the completion of a specific stage.
Access to this section is available via the "Completed" tile in the "My Programs" menu.
1.3. I am Observer
Section "I am Observer" "My Programs" is designed for monitoring and overseeing the training process of employees in programs where the user is assigned as an observer.
Main elements and features of the section:
- List of monitored programsThe section displays program cards indicating their name, period of implementation, and Student's name, under surveillance.
- Progress MonitoringFor each program, the current Status execution status is displayed (e.g., "1/4" or the "Completed" mark).
- Detailed ViewWhen the program card is expanded (arrow icon), the observer is presented with a detailed learning structure:
- Separation by Levels.
- List of all modules within the program (lessons, surveys etc.).
- Status of each elementObserver sees which lessons are already marked as "Completed", and which ones have the Status "Not Startedo".
This feature allows the user to promptly obtain information about the progress of colleagues' or subordinates' training without the need to switch to the moderator interface.
2. My Courses
Section "My Courses" designed to manage individual user learning and includes two main categories:
- Assignedcontains a list of courses assigned to the employee that require completion. The section tile displays red indicator, indicating the number of active assignments. For each course, the access period (start and end dates) is specified, and special labels, such as "Last day," may also be displayed.
- Passed or In Progressrepresents the user's learning history. This section displays courses that have already been completed or are currently in progress.
Functional capabilities:
- BreakdownThe user can expand any course card to see the number of attempts, Status of completion (e.g., "Passed" or "Not Passed"), as well as progress on individual modules - lessons and tests.
- ResultsThe system allows viewing detailed test results within the course, including answers to specific questions and their Status ("Correct"/"Incorrect").
- Managementbutton "Pass" allows you to instantly return to studying the material or start a new attempt.
Upon reassignment, Course reappears in the top "Assigned" list.
2.1. Assigned
Section "Assigned Courses" (The "My Courses" tab) contains a list of training courses assigned to the user and awaiting completion.
Main elements and functionality:
- Appointment ManagementAt the top of the page, a counter for the total number of assigned courses is displayed (e.g., "Total courses: 2").
- Information CardsFor each course, its name and validity period - exact start and end dates for access to the training.
- Deadline controlThe system helps meet deadlines by highlighting courses with approaching due dates with a special marker. "The Last Day".
- NotificationsThe number of active assignments in this subsection is indicated by red indicator On the "Assigned" tile in the "My Courses" menu.
- Interface flexibilityThe user can customize the appearance of the section by switching between grid or list view.
2.2. Passed or In Progress
Section "Passed or In Progress" (The "My Courses" tab) is a Course completion history by the user. This section displays courses that have already been completed, as well as those whose study was initiated earlier.
Main elements and features:
- Course CardsFor each course, its name and the number of uses are displayed. attempts and the button "Pass", allowing to resume Learning or start a new attempt.
- Execution statusesIn the expanded view, the card (arrow icon) displays Final Status of completion: "Passed" (highlighted in green) or "Not Passed" (highlighted in orange), as well as the date and time of the last activity.
- Module breakdown detailsThe user can view progress on specific course components:
- LessonsList of lessons with individual marks "Passed" or "Not Passed".
- TestsStatus passing tests within the course.
- View ResultsA test button is available "Results"which opens a modal window with a detailed report. It shows the percentage of points scored, a list of questions, the selected answers, and their Status."Correct" or "Incorrect"Depends on the settings in the "Test Results" field of the test.
Statuses A course may have the following:
- Passed/Not Passed;
- assigned/Self-Enrollment.
3. My Groups
Available in some CRM and ERP systems only.
1. This section displays the training groups to which the employee has been added. If Test or Course is added to a group, it becomes closed to all employees except those who are added to the group. This is how access is regulated. accessibility of courses/tests (openness, closedness).
For example, you want to restrict access to a specific course/test to only a department or group of employees. Then you create such a group, add employees to it, Course/Test. Course/Test will only be visible to the employees added to the group.
2. If you click on a group, you can see which courses and tests have been added to the group. Clicking the arrow navigates to the corresponding group/project, where the standard group functionality is available. Posts about added courses and tests are published in the group's live feed.
3. Notifications. When added to a group, an employee receives a notification.
4. If Course or Test is added to a group, it will be displayed in this tab rather than in the My Courses or My Tests tabs.
4. My Materials
Section "My Materials" designed to work with individual learning units and the knowledge base that have been assigned to the user or studied independently.
The section features three main tabs:
- Assignedcontains a list of materials assigned to an employee for mandatory review. Assigned by a moderator.
- ViewedArchive and study history, which displays all previously opened documents and media files by the user.
- CoordinationSection for materials requiring approval. The user can press the button. "Consider"to view the list of approvers and approve.
Functional Features:
- SystematizationMaterials can be organized by thematic "Regiments" (categories), such as "Shelf No. 1" or "Mobile Shelf".
- Variety of formatsThe system supports all content types, including PDF files, videos (media), links, and longreads.
- Management and SearchQuick access to content is provided via buttons. "Read" or "Watch"as well as a category filter is provided at the top of the page.
5. My Events
Section "My Events" designed for planning, registering, and tracking an employee's participation in various educational events and surveys. Access is provided via the "My Events" tile in the general "Learning" menu.
Main features and interface elements
1. Filtration and search system For quick search of the required event, filtering tools are provided at the top of the page:
- Participation typeChoice between "Internal" (conducted within the company) and "External" events.
- Type of eventClassification by format, including Assessment, Case, Competition, Conference, Facilitation, Evaluation and others.
2. Event Information Card Each event is presented as a block containing:
- Date and timeLarge display of the day, month, and exact start time.
- Main informationName, brief description, or link to the hosting platform (e.g., MTS Link or Telemost).
- LabelsStatus activitiesInternal/External) and information about the organizer.
- Participant counterFor some events, a participant limit is displayed (e.g., "0 / 20 participants").
- Feedbackdirect link to "Анкету ОС" (feedback form) for evaluating the past event.
3. Participation Management (Statuses) On the right side of the card, the user's current Status and available actions are displayed.
- Submit an applicationRegistration button for the upcoming event.
- Under considerationIndicator (yellow color) indicating that your request is pending moderator approval.
- You are walkingStatus (in green), confirming successful registration.
- Event completedInformation label for past events.
To update the data in the list, a button is provided. cyclic arrow next to the section heading.
6. IDP
Section "IDP" (Individual Development Plan) designed for planning and tracking trajectory professional growth employee, as well as for development of his key competencies.
This section presents the employee's individual development plans, as well as those where they have been selected as a supervisor/mentor.
If the application settings are set to allow an employee to create IDP themselves, then the button to create IDP will be available. See Section Creating IDP.
Main screen of the section
When navigating to Section, the user sees a list of all their development plans, presented as informational cards. Each card displays the following data:
- Title and Ownertitle IDP and the name of the employee for whom it is compiled.
- Number of competenciesTotal number of skills being worked on within this plan.
- Progressvisual scale and percentage expression of plan fulfillment.
- Statuscurrent plan status (e.g., "Not Started").
Working with the development plan
When a specific IDP is opened, its detailed structure becomes available to the user, organized according to a hierarchical principle.
- Competency directionTasks are grouped by specific skill areas (e.g., "Personnel Management").
- Behavioral IndicatorsWithin each block, specific requirements or tasks are indicated (for example, "Distributes tasks considering employees' skills").
- Educational elementsTo develop a specific skill, learning activities are linked to it, such as webinarscourses or tests.
- Status modulesEach individual training element has its own status indicator (e.g., "Not StartedО").
Interaction and Feedback
At the bottom of each development plan page is Block "Discussion"This tool allows the user to:
- Leave comments and ask questions according to the plan points.
- Engage in direct dialogue with a mentor or supervisor within the context of learning.
- Receive prompt feedback on achieved results.
For navigation and quick return to the general list of plans or to Section "Learning", breadcrumbs at the top of the screen are used.
My Programs

My Materials
1. The section presents the Employee's Materials that they have completed.
2. When a Material is assigned, it appears at the top with the status Assigned.
3. After clicking on an element in the material on the top right, it receives Status Passed.

My Events
1. The tab displays all events and surveys in which the employee participates.

- Submit an application to participate in an event - if the required event is not available in the event catalog, the employee can create an application for a new Event. Subsequently, if the moderator approves it, the event will appear in the event catalog, and other employees will also be able to submit applications to participate in this event.
Event Card.
- View event details.
- Add Certificate - to the event you can attach Certificate, which is pre-loaded in the certificates tab.
- Fill out the feedback form (if it has been added and activated by the moderator). If the form has been filled out, this information will be displayed.

IDP
1. This section presents the employee's individual development plans, as well as those where they have been selected as a supervisor/mentor.
2. If the application settings specify that an employee can create IDP themselves, then the button to create IDP will be available:
3. The Individual Development Plan includes the following key sections:
- Control elements;
- Employees;
- Additional materials in the form of files;
- Competency Title. Competencies, in turn, include:
- Indicators of manifestation;
- Current and Target Level manifestation indicators;
- Measures aimed at developing manifestation indicators.

- Export;
- Removal;
- Publish/Unpublish

7. The logic of operation and presentation is as follows:
- Competence (e.g., Competence 1);
- It is reflected in indicators (e.g., indicator 1.1, indicator 1.2);
- The scale used to assess the current development level of each indicator and Target Level;
- In order to progress to the target level of the indicator's development, developmental activities must be carried out;
- Next, the implementation of developmental activities takes place, and the Mentor and/or supervisor monitor the Status of their execution.
As a developmental activity, you can select Event from the proposed list or add Course from the course catalog.
To add a course from the catalog, start typing its name and the application will suggest options.
