My Profile and progress

Section "My Profile and Progress" is a personal user data management hub that aggregates information about their professional experience, current skills, achievements, and learning history.

All entered data is displayed during the search. This allows you to search for employees with the required experience and education.

Main subsections

  • Profile Contains user's personal information: Full name, photo, ID, and company name. The following blocks are available in this subsection:
    • Contacts email and link to the work portal.
    • Work Experience and Education text fields for describing career path and educational institutions.
    • Certificates ability to upload external certificates obtained outside the system.
  • My competencies Displays professional Profiles assigned to the employee. The user can expand each Profile (e.g., "Soft skills") to view specific indicators of manifestation competencies. If an employee is selected as an approver/approving authority Profile, then the approval/endorsement also takes place in the personal account.
  • My Rating Gamification system element. This section displays:
    • Current level Status depending on the points scored (for example, Novice, Specialist, Expert, Professional).
    • XP Points total accumulated experience points.
    • Accrual History Detailed list of actions (opening a longread, Completion test) for which points were awarded, indicating the date.
  • My certificates Archive of all electronic certificates that the user has automatically received for successfully completing courses or tests within the application. Each certificate card displays the course/test name, Final Score, and the issue date.
  • Reports A tool for independent generation of analytical data. The user can build reports (for example, on courses) by selecting:
    • Construction period.
    • Report type and specific objects.
    • Audience (Choice self or subordinates for managers).

Interface and Navigation: At the top of the section, buttons are available for switching. display view (grid or list), as well as a button "Back" for quick return to the personal account homepage.
