My Plan

Section "My Plan" Brusnika.LMS is designed for managing subscription, licenses, additional resources, and financial documents of the organization. Section is available to the moderator through the main menu (Home -> My Plan).

The section interface is divided into four main tabs: Tariffs, "Orders", Users I "Details".

Tariffs

This tab handles the Choice of the main tariff plan and the purchase of additional options. All system modules (courses, tests, lessons, support, etc.) are included in all tariff plans without any content quantity restrictions.

The tab contains subsections:

  • Licenses: Choice of the plan depending on the number of active users. Options are presented:
    • Plan 10 (Free): free for 10 users (1 GB disk, 10,000 Nika.AI tokens)
    • Tariff plans 50, 200, 500 and 1000: differ in user limit, disk space volume, and number of AI tokens. When paying annually, a 24% discount is provided.
  • Disk: cloud storage expansion for files. Can be purchased from 2 GB to 128 GB additional space with various payment terms. The current limit and its validity period are also displayed here.
  • Nika.AI: purchase of token packages for artificial intelligence work (from 50,000 to 490,000 tokens). Packages often include bonus ("gift") tokens.
  • Support: here you can find information about paid services, for example, "Data Transfer".

Users

Section for controlling limits and understanding licensing logic. The system distinguishes three types of users: Active (have access) Archival (access blocked, but history saved) and Deleted.

Key licensing rules:

  • Input Accounting: Payment is made for the maximum number of unique users who have logged into the system at least once during a calendar month.
  • Counter: resets on the first day of each monthArchiving a user within a month does not free up the license until the beginning of the next month.
  • Limits: when the tariff limit is reached, the entry of new users is blocked until the end of the month.
  • Exceptions: CRM system administrators are not counted in the license counter.

The tab interface displays counters: "Total", "Main", "External", "Limit", and "Archived".

Orders

Contains the complete history of the organization's financial transactions. For each order, the following is displayed:

  • Unique ID, date and time of creation.
  • Status payments (e.g., "Not paid").
  • Service name (e.g., "Plan 50, 12 months") and amount.
  • Documents: download buttons Act, Additional Agreements I Accounts in PDF format

Details

Section for configuring organization data that will be automatically filled into contracts and invoices.

  • Organization data: name, TIN/KPP, OGRN, legal address, bank details (BIC, settlement account and correspondent account).
  • Signatory: Full name of the manager in the nominative and genitive cases, as well as the basis of authority.
  • Contact person: Full name and email for receiving notifications and invoices.
  • Contracts: the system displays the numbers and dates of automatically generated License Agreement and Disk Agreement.

Payment process

When placing an order, the moderator fills out a form (company name, activation date, contacts). Payment is possible via the system. Stripe or by invoice. When paying by card, Choice currency is available (e.g., USD or GBP) and card data entry with billing address. Plan is activated automatically immediately after payment confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: We paid for the subscription, when will the restrictions be lifted?

Answer:

The subscription is activated immediately after payment. If the restrictions are still not lifted in the app, clear the app cache: simply refresh the browser and reopen the LMS system.

Question: Where can I see when the Action subscription ends?

Answer:

All tariff plans, as well as active subscriptions, can be viewed in the section: My Plan. Select the appropriate tab, and it will display all information, including the subscription validity period. Additionally, in the tab, you can upload documents (when paying in USD - invoice; when paying in RUB - payment invoice, act, and contract/additional agreement).

Question: How to purchase a subscription?

Subscription Purchase Guide:

  1. Open Section My Plan.
  2. Select the required service in the corresponding tab (License, Disk, etc.).
  3. Make sure the country is selected correctly.
  4. Select Plan and click on it.
  5. Fill out the application.
  6. Click Submit Application. After pressing:

    1. Documents will be generated:

      • When paying in RUB:
        • During initial registration: contract, acceptance certificate, invoice for payment;
        • Upon renewal: acceptance certificate, invoice for payment.
      • When paying in USD:
        • Invoice.
    2. Documents are located in the Orders section.

IMPORTANT! Tariff activation date field. This is the date from which Plan will be activated. For example, you make the payment on the 10th. Your current subscription is valid until the 20th. In this field, you can specify the 20th, then Plan will be activated on the 20th. If nothing is specified in this field, then Plan will be activated immediately after payment is received.

Pay the invoice. After payment, Plan will be activated automatically (immediately if no date was specified in the Tariff Activation Date field, or on the date selected in the Tariff Activation Date field).

To receive an invoice, you need to submit a request for Plan in the My Plan section.

    Question: Making changes to the contract.

    Answer:

    We do not make changes to the contract, but you can send suggestions for amending contract clauses to the email. info@brusnika-solutions.com We will review them and based on that, we can prepare and sign a disagreement protocol.

    Question: Is it possible to change the signatory in the Contract?

    Answer:

    Yes, create a new application for Plan and specify the new signatory. Use the latest application and generated payment documents.
