Rating and points

The general scheme of work is presented in the section "Gamification. General mechanism".

Points are an element of gamification implemented to engage employees.

When you activate "Completed course", the following settings appear.

  • Points calculation method. There are two options:
    • Summing up points for modules. That is, the total score for the course will be equal to the sum of points for all lessons and tests in the course.
    • Manual entry. Points are entered manually when creating a course. Regardless of the number of points for each course and test within the course, the manually entered number of points will be awarded for the completed course.
  • Accounting points for modules:
    • Do not accrue points. Only points for the course will be included in the calculation, and points will not be awarded for modules within the course.
    • Account points. Points will be awarded for both the course and for each module within the course.
    • Points - how many points will be awarded for the completed course.

Similar settings will be when activating "Completed program".

Points can also be assigned to the following actions in the application:

Ratings - the status of the student, displayed in his profile.

ou can add, delete, edit existing rating levels.

The points earned and the rating are displayed in the “My rating” tab of the employee’s personal account:
