Creation of the IDP
An IDP can be created by:
- a moderator from the Moderator's personal account;
- an employee for himself from his personal account;
- a manager or mentor for an employee from his personal account.
To create an IDP, click on the “Add” element, then enter the IDP name and click on the plus:
The IDP will be added with the “Not published” status, the “Publish” element will be inactive:
Click on the "Open" item to open an IDP.
Fill in the following data sequentially:
- Employee - for whom the IDP is being generated;
- Manager - to whom the IDP will be available;
- Mentor - to whom the IDP will be available;
- Add competencies (you can select from the approved ones or enter them manually);
- Add development events to each indicator. Set the deadline. You can select courses from the course library.
Then publish, the IDP will be available to the employee, manager and mentor.
The IEP has two statuses - published and not published.
