Rating and Scores

The general workflow is presented in the "Gamification. General Mechanism" section.

Scores - a gamification element implemented to engage employees.

When activating "Completed Course", the following settings appear:

  • <p><strong>Scoring Method</strong>. There are two options:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Summation of module scores</strong>. That is, the total course score will be equal to the sum of the scores for all lessons and tests in the course.</li> <li><strong>Manual entry</strong>. Scores are entered manually when creating the course. Regardless of the number of points for each course and test within the course, the completed course will be awarded the manually entered number of points.</li> </ul>
  • <p><strong>Score Assignment for Modules:</strong> Do not assign scores. Only the course score will be counted; scores for modules within the course will not be assigned. Assign scores. Scores will be assigned both for the course and for each module within the course. Score - how many points will be assigned for the completed course.</p>

Similar settings will be applied when activating "Completed Program".

Also, points can be assigned to the following actions in the application:

Ratings - the learner's status, displayed in their profile.

It is possible to add, delete, and edit existing Rating Scale levels.

The accumulated scores and rating are displayed in the "My Rating" tab of the employee's Personal Account.
