My Competences

In the Personal Account, the Profiles to which the employee has been added are displayed:

The Profile can be expanded to view the included Competences and their Manifestation Indicators.

If an employee is selected as a coordinator/approver profile, then coordination/approval also occurs in the personal account:

Open the profile and slide the slider to the right; this will indicate coordination/approval.
