Adding a moderator

After the first installation/launch of the application, add a moderator.

Moderator:

  • Performs general application settings;
  • FillsPopulates the application with educationallearning content and tests;
  • Assigns learning, testing;
  • Has access to reports onfor all employees.

Please noteNote that the moderator has more advancedextensive rights in the application than the Portal Administrator..

2. How to launch learning. How courses andcourses, programs are builtstructured

Create lessons - based on lessons, create courses or learning programs based on lessons.programs.

2.1. Lesson

The element from which educational courses and programs are built is thea lesson..

TheA lesson can be in the following formats (one option):

  • Video pre-uploaded to Youtube, Vimeo, VK Video, Rutube or any other video hosting platform;
  • SCORM;
  • PDF;
  • Longread. A longread can consist of only one element: video, audio file, picture,image, text. Or it can combine all these formats..

YouTo each lesson, you can add (unlimited number) to each lesson::

  • Links (to any external andor internal resources);

  • Materials (any format,formats, they will be downloaded to the student'learner’s device).

Important! Please noteNote that the catalog of lessons is visible only to the application moderator ofcan see the application.lesson catalog. If a lesson is created and published, then only the moderator can see it in the catalog.

2.2. Course

TheA course is assembled from published lessons and/or tests. Even if itmaterials is necessaryneed to providebe materialsprovided in one lesson, ityou is necessary tomust create a lesson, then a course based on thethat basissingle of one lesson the course.lesson.

The course catalog is available to all employees. After publishing a course, it becomes available to all employees in the catalog (if the course and catalog are not hidden). 2.3. Program

3. How to runlaunch testing

5. Assignments

6. Reporting
