Subaccounts

1. The sub-accounts module allows organizing access for an unlimited number of users to Brusnika.LMS under onea single account of your CRM or ERP system. DataThe data in the application will be personalized accordingly by sub-accounts accordingly.accounts.

The module will be useful in the following scenarios:

• When thean organization has branches,branches stores,or wherestores onethat use a single CRM or ERP system account is used for the entire unit.
• When thean organization has external distributors,distributors or partners whothat needrequire to be trained.training.
• Any other cases where onea single CRM or ERP system account is used for a certain number of people, while it is desirable to have personalized data onfor learning,training and testing.

Sub-accountsSubaccounts can be botheither external users andor employees of the organization.

2. The sub-accountsSubaccounts module is paid. To use it, you need to purchase a subscription must be purchased in the section My Plan-Sub-accounts.Subaccounts section.

1. Account:

• This is the main account to which the LMS sub-accountssubaccounts will be linked.
• The account cannot be an LMS moderator.

2. Open the sub-accountssubaccounts module

Choose the method of registering with sub-accounts in the applicationapplication. 

• Independently.Standalone. In this case, the portal administrator only entersneeds Loginsto enter the logins and informscommunicate these logins to the sub-accounts of these Logins.accounts. Upon entry,login, the sub-accounts will enter their Login,login, then the application will offerprompt them to fill in datatheir details (Fullfull Namename and Position)position) and create a password.
• By the administrator. A Sub-accountsubaccount contains the following fields:

Login - is always set by the administrator.

Full name and position - can be set by the administrator or by the sub-account itself.

Elements: savesubaccount saving; password reset; deletion.

If "Self-Registration" is set in the settings (the administrator only enters Logins), then upon the first login under the Bitrix24 account, the user will see the following pop-up window:
