Disk

Section The disk section is intended for managing disk space. 

The data storage architecture in the application is arrangedstructured as follows:

  • Packages SCORM packages, files (videos, images, PDFs)pdf), which are added to lessons, tests, courses - are stored on the application developer's servers. Data related to statuses, settings, reports, notifications (operational data) - isare stored in the database on the developer's servers. Daily data backup copying of data is configured on the server, thereforeso all data is secure.

1 gigabyte is provided for free in the cloud is provided free of charge.cloud. This is sufficientenough to create a large number of courses, tests, 360360-degree Assessments,assessments, IDPs,IDP, etc. However, if there is a need to upload a large numberamount of SCORM- packages, videos,video, PDF- or JPGIf filesthere toare theinsufficient server, thenfiles, it is necessary to expand the disk space or delete unnecessary files.

To deleteremove unnecessary files:

Open the sectionSection to manage SCORM,SCORM, files or DBdatabases

Select unnecessary files and delete them. Deleted files will be moved to the recycle bin. Files from the recycle bin will be automatically deleted after 30 days. Also, deleted files can be restored from the recycle bin.

If space on the Disk runs out, the application will display a warning (when more than 90% is occupied)

After exceeding the limit, the application will be blocked and display the following message.

To expand the disk space:

Click Expand limit

Select your country image.png

Select a Plan, fill out the application.

Then, depending on your country and payment method:

  • For some countries, payment documents will be generated automatically.
  • For other countries, pay through the offered service.

After payment, the Plan will be activated automatically.

  • SCORM packages, files (videos, images, pdfs) added to <span class="notranslate">Lessons</span>, <span class="notranslate">Tests</span>, <span class="notranslate">Courses</span> are stored on the application developer's servers. Data related to <span class="notranslate">Statuses</span>, settings, reports, notifications (operational data) is stored in the database on the developer's servers. The server is configured for daily data backup, therefore all data is secure.
  • 1 gigabyte is provided free of charge in the cloud. This is sufficient to create a large number of Courses, Tests, 360 Assessments, IDPs, etc. However, if there is a need to upload a large number of SCORM packages, videos, PDF or JPG files to the server, it is necessary to expand the disk space or delete unnecessary files.

    Open the Manage SCORM, Files, or Database section.

    Select unnecessary files and delete them. Deleted files will be moved to the Recycle Bin.trash. Files in the Recycle Bintrash will be automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also restore deleted files from the Recycle Bin.trash.
