The Diskdisk section is designedintended tofor managemanaging disk space.

The data storage architecture in the application is arranged as follows:

• SCORM packages, files (video,videos, images, pdf), which arePDFs) added to lessons, tests, courses - are stored on ourthe application developer's servers. Data related to statuses, settings, reports, notifications,notifications we call them (operational datadata) - areis stored in the database on ourthe server.developer's servers. Daily backup copying of data backup is configured on the server, sotherefore all data is safe.

This is enoughsufficient to create a large number of courses, tests, 360 assessments,Assessments, IDP,IDPs, etc. ButHowever, if there is a need to upload a large number of SCORM packages, videos, PDF or JPG files to the server, then youit needis necessary to expand the disk space or delete unnecessary files.

To delete unnecessary files:

Open the section Manageto manage SCORM, files or DB.DB

Select unnecessary files and delete them. Deleted files will be moved to the trash.recycle bin. Files from the recycle bin will be automatically deleted from the trash after 30 days. You can also restoreAlso, deleted files can be restored from the trash.recycle bin.

If space on the Disk space runs out, the application will issuedisplay a warning (when more than 90% is occupied).

OnceAfter exceeding the limitlimit, isthe exceeded, itapplication will be blocked and display the following message will be displayed.message.

To expand yourthe disk space:

Click on ExtendExpand limit

Select your country

Select a plan,Plan, fill out the application.

Then, depending on your country and payment method:

• For some countries, payment documents will be generated automatically.
• For other countries, wepay willthrough sendthe paymentoffered instructions by email.service.

After payment, wethe Plan will activatebe theactivated plan you selected.automatically.
