1. The tab displays 4 blocks:

  • Evaluator Selection Block (upper block);
  • Block for conducting assessment and self-assessment (tab "I - EVALUATOR");
  • Block with assessment results (tab "Me - Evaluated"). If the "Publish in the evaluated's Personal Account" option was selected when creating the assessment, the results will be in this tab;
  • Block for coordinating the list of evaluators if the employee is selected as a coordinator.
  • Block for formations list of evaluators (top block);
  • Block with results of the assessment (tab "I - EVALUATED"). If the "Publish in the evaluated person's personal account" option is selected when creating the evaluation, the results will be in this tab;
  • Block for coordination List of approvers, if the employee is selected as an approver.
  • Self-assessed. Assessed individuals must also select matching (as a rule, the immediate supervisor) this list. The evaluation will be launched after the lists are formed and approved.

  • Manifestation Indicator 1.2 - Assessment

Reference. Formation of the list of evaluated and evaluators.

The evaluated are always entered by the application moderator (Moderator Menu - 360 Assessment). The evaluated are added when creating a new 360 assessment. The formation of evaluators is possible in two ways:

  • The assessees themselves. The assessees must also select the coordinators (typically the immediate supervisor) for this list. The assessment will be launched after the lists are formed and approved.
  • Moderator. When creating an assessment.

2. Block for formingformation of the list of evaluators by the evaluatee.evaluated Appears when an employee is selected as the evaluateesubject in thea 360360-Degree AssessmentReview and the parameter "Formation of the list of evaluators by evaluatees"the parametersubjects" is set in the assessment.review.

If the moderator activates the option "Formation of the list of evaluators by the evaluatees" when creating an assessment

then the employee, who is selected as the evaluated in this block, will have an element for creating a list of evaluators and coordinators for this list:

To create a list, click the plus sign and in the opened form add Evaluators and Coordinators to the list:

3. Block "I AM THE EVALUATOR".

In this block, the employee acts as an evaluator and assigns assessments to those employees for whom they are selected as the evaluator.

The assessment is represented by a dropdown list with the name of the evaluated, the title, and the deadline of the assessment.

After the assessment is completed, comments can be entered, which will be added to the report.

In the application, you can create a single-level or two-level model of competences.

Single-Level Competence Model:

  • Competence 1
  • Competence 2

Two-Level Model:

  • Competence 1: Manifestation Indicator 1.1 Manifestation Indicator 1.2 - assessment
  • Competence 2: Manifestation Indicator 2.1 - assessment Manifestation Indicator 2.2 - assessment

Rating Scales. The application allows creating an unlimited number of any rating scales.

4. Block "I - THE EVALUATED".

In the section, the results of the employee's assessments when they acted as the evaluated are presented. The results will be available if the moderator activated the item when creating the assessment:

The results contain the following information:

  • Name of the Assessed, Title and Dates of the Assessment;
  • Rating Scale Used;
  • Number of respondents who participated;
  • Assessment Results (Average Values);
  • Comments.

5. 360 Assessment Request Block

In the case where the list of evaluators in an assessment is formed by the evaluated individuals, the evaluated individuals, in addition to the list itself, must select coordinators. Employees who will coordinate this list. Typically, this is the immediate supervisor of the evaluated individual.

If an employee is selected as a coordinator, then in this section an assessment with a list requiring approval will appear. The coordinator can approve the list, make adjustments to it, or not approve it.
