Introduction

Surveys are intended for conducting surveyspolls on differentvarious subjects.topics. Unlike tests, surveysthere doare notno have correctright or incorrectwrong answers.answers in surveys.

Creating a survey

1. You can create a surveySurvey from the Events - SurveysPolls Sectionsection or in the Feed. Currently, they are not interconnected.linked to each other. 

2. YouA Survey can createonly abe survey onlycreated with a single-choicesingle or multiple-multiple choice question.

3. In surveys, you can configure:ask:

  • Level of anonymity:
    • AnonymityThe level:user
      • At user's discretion;decides;
      • Public (all votes are visible);
      • Anonymous.
    • Allow multiple answersresponses (byBy default,Default one answerAnswer per user).
    • Allow comments.
    • Allow likes.
    • AvailabilityAccess level. By default,Default is available to all.everyone. If you uncheck the checkbox,box, you can configure the surveysurvey's availabilityaccessibility for specific employees.

1.Survey The survey results can be viewed inwithin the survey itself.

2. In the Reports section, you can buildgenerate a report with the results of all surveys for a specified period.

Surveys in Brusnika.LMS are a tool for collecting opinions and information on various topics. Their key difference from tests lies in the absence of right or wrong answers. Surveys are intended for gathering feedback and analyzing opinions, whereas tests assess knowledge.

Question: Where can I create Survey?

Answer:

Polls can be created in two places: in the "Events - Polls" section or directly in the "Feed". It is important to note that currently, these two methods of creating polls are not interconnected.

Question: What types of questions can be used when creating a survey?

Answer:

Currently, only single-choice or multiple-choice questions are available when creating a survey.

Question: What settings can be configured for a poll?

When creating a survey, the following parameters can be configured:

  • Level of anonymity: The user can decide whether their Answer will be anonymous, or choose a public (all votes are visible) or fully anonymous option.
  • Allow multiple responses: By Default each user can give only one Answer, but this option can be changed.
  • Allow comments: You can allow or disable leaving comments on the poll.
  • Enable likes: You can allow or disallow likes on the poll.
  • Availability level: By Default Survey is available to all users. However, you can configure availability for specific employees by unchecking the corresponding checkbox.
Question: How can I view the survey results?

Answer:

The survey results can be viewed directly within the survey itself. Additionally, in the "Reports" section, you can generate a summary report of the results from all surveys for a specific period.
