Introduction

SurveysPolls are intendeddesigned forto conductingconduct pollssurveys on various topics. Unlike tests, therepolls aredo nonot have right or wrong answers in surveys.answers.

Creating a survey

1. You can create Survey from the Events - PollsSurveys section or in the Feed. Currently, they are not linked to each other. 

2. A Survey can only be created with a single or multiple choice question.

3. In surveys, you can ask:

  • LevelAnonymity of anonymity:level:
    • The user decides;decides for themselves;
    • Public (all votes are visible);
    • Anonymous.
  • Allow multiple responses (By Default one Answer per user).
  • AllowEnable comments.
  • AllowEnable likes.
  • AccessAvailability level. By Default is available to everyone. If you uncheck the box, you can configure thesurvey survey's accessibilityavailability for specific employees.

1. The survey results can be viewed within the survey itself.

2. In the Reports section, you can generate a report with the results of all surveys for a specified period.

Answer:

Polls can be created in two places: in the "Events - Polls" section or directly in the "Feed". It is important to note that currently,currently these two methods of creating polls are not interconnected.connected to each other.

  • Availability level:Level: By Default Survey is available to all users. However, you can configure availability for specific employees by unchecking the corresponding checkbox.
