1. In The tab displayscontains 4 blocks:

  • Evaluator Selection Block for formations list of evaluators (uppertop block)Block);
  • Block for conducting assessment and self-assessment (tab "I am - EVALUATOR")Evaluator);
  • Block withс results of the assessment results (tab "Me - Evaluated")Evaluated). If the option "Publish in the evaluated'evaluated user's Personalpersonal Account"account" option wasis selected when creating the assessment,evaluation, the results will be in this tab;
  • Block for coordinatingcoordination the listList of evaluatorsapprovers, if the employee is selected as aan coordinator.approver.

The evaluated are always entered by the application moderator (Moderator Menu - 360Assessment Assessment)360). The evaluated are added when creating a new 360 assessment.evaluation. The formation of evaluators is possible in two ways:

  • TheSelf-assessed. assesseesAssessed themselves. The assesseesindividuals must also select thematching coordinators(as (typicallya rule, the immediate supervisor) for this list. The assessmentAssessment will be launched after the lists are formed and approved.
  • Moderator. When creating an assessment.

2. Block for formingformation of the list of evaluators by the evaluatee. evaluatedAppears when an employee is selected as the evaluateesubject in thea 360360-Degree AssessmentReview and the "FormationSubject-Generated ofEvaluator the list of evaluators by evaluatees"List" parameter is set in the assessment.review.

To create a list, click on the plus sign and in the opened formform, add Evaluatorsthe list of evaluators and Coordinators to the list:approvers:

3. Block "I AMam THE EVALUATOR"Evaluator».

In this block, the employee acts as an evaluator and assigns assessmentsratings to those employees for whom they arehave been selected as the evaluator.

The assessmentAssessment is representedpresented byas a dropdown list with the name of the person being evaluated, the title, and the deadlineevaluation ofperiod.

Insection the section,presents the results of the employee's assessmentsevaluations when they actedwere asin the evaluatedrole areof presented.the evaluated. The results will be available if the moderator activated the itemoption when creating the assessment:evaluation:

The results contain the following information:

  • Name of the Assessed,person Titlebeing evaluated, title and Datesdates of the Assessment;evaluation;
  • Used Rating Scale Used;Scale;
  • Number of respondents who participated;
  • AssessmentEvaluation Resultsresults (Averageaverage Values)values);
  • Comments.

5. Block 360 AssessmentDegree RequestFeedback BlockRequests

In the case where the list of evaluators in anthe assessment is formed by the evaluated individuals,evaluatees, the evaluatedevaluatees individuals,must, in addition to the list itself, must select coordinators.approvers. Employees who will coordinateapprove this list. Typically, this is the immediate supervisor of the evaluated individual.evaluatee.

If an employee is selected as aan coordinator,approver, then in this sectionsection, anAssessment assessmentwill appear with athe list requiringthat approvalneeds willto appear.be Theapproved. coordinatorCoordinator can approve the list, make adjustments to it, or not approve it.
