My competencies

TheIn the personal dashboard displaysaccount, the Profiles to which the employee has been added:added are displayed:

Profile can be expanded to view the competencies it includes and the indicators of competency manifestation.

If anthe employee is selected as an approver/authorizer Profile, then the approval/authorization also takes place in the personal account:

Open Profile   Andand move the slider to the right, this will indicate agreement/approval.
