Individual Development Plan

1. This section presents the employee's Individual Development Plans, as well as those where they are selected as the manager/mentor.

2. If the Application settings specify that the employee can create IDPs themselves, then the IDP creation button will be available:

3. An Individual Development Plan contains the following key sections:

  • Controls;
  • Employees;
  • Additional materials in the form of files;
  • Competence names. Competences in turn include:
    • Manifestation indicators;
    • Current and target level of manifestation indicators;
    • Development events aimed at developing Manifestation Indicators.

4. Controls contain:

  • Export;
  • Delete;
  • Publish/Unpublish.

7. The logic of operation and presentation is as follows:

  • Competence (for example, Competence 1);
  • It manifests in indicators (for example, Indicator 1.1, Indicator 1.2);
  • The rating scale used to assess the current development level of each Indicator and the target level;
  • To achieve the target level of the indicator's development, development events must be completed;
  • Next, the development events are implemented, and the mentor and/or manager monitor their completion status.

For a development event, you can select an event from the proposed list or add a vourse from the сourse сatalog.

To add a course from the catalog, start entering its name and the application will suggest options.

    Introduction

    1. Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are built based on the competence model.

    Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a set of learning and development events (DE) that contribute to competence improvement and professional growth.

    2. The IDP model is formed as follows:

    Competence 1;

  • Indicator 1.1 - Rating Scale, Target Level Development Event 1.1 for Indicator 1.1 Development Event 1.2 for Indicator 1.1
  • Indicator 1.2 - Rating Scale, Target Level Development Event 1.1 for Indicator 1.2 Development Event 1.2 for Indicator 1.2 Development Event 1.3 for Indicator 1.2
  • A competence can have any number of manifestation indicators, and manifestation indicators can have any number of development events.

    4. The roles in the module are as follows:

  • Employee - the employee for whom the IDP is being created. Can enter the status for Development Events (DE).
  • Manager - employee's supervisor. Creates IDP, monitors its execution.
  • Mentor - employee's mentor. Creates IDP, monitors its completion.
  • Application Moderator - can perform any actions.
  • Implementation Scenario

    A) In the "Settings - Application Settings - IDP" section, the parameters for creating an IDP are set - who can create it.

    B) In the "Settings - Individual Development Plan" section, an IDP is created for a specific employee. Employees can also create IDPs themselves from their Personal Account if this option is enabled:

  • Enter the name. An IDP is created, then the created IDP is expanded and all other data is filled in: Select: the employee for whom the IDP is being created, the immediate supervisor, and the mentor (if necessary); Add files (if necessary); Add text comments (if necessary); Select the competences that need to be developed; For each indicator (or only for the competence) add development events.

  • Published: IDP approved and available to the employee for completion.
  • Not Published: The IDP is in the process of being created or coordinated and is not yet available to the employee.
