Feedback form

InThe theapplication application,allows youcreating canFeedback createForms feedback forms(FF) for tests, courses, events, programs, and external/face-to-facelearning events.,material from the knowledge base.

By default, the application already has aone feedbackFeedback formForm (FF) and it is used for all 4 types of events.

You can create anAn unlimited number of forms.Feedback ButForms (FF) can be created. However, at aany specific time,moment, only one formFeedback Form (FF) can be active for each type (courses, tests, events, programs).

To add a new form,Feedback Form (FF), click on the "«Add servey"Feedback Form (FF)» element.

To change the name of the questionnaire,Feedback Form (FF), click on "«Change the name to save"save», enter athe new namename, and click "Save"«Save».

Select for whatwhich type of eventevents the formFeedback Form (FF) will be used:

Make changes to the questions directly in the fieldsfields.

Move questions down or up and down by grabbing the elements near the numbers with yourthe mousemouse.

YouUnnecessary questions can deletebe unnecessary questionsdeleted.

YouThe can add the requirednecessary number of new questions.questions can be added.

The answersAnswers are edited in a similar way.manner.

After developing the questionnaire,Feedback Form (FF), you can seepreview how it will look forto the user.
