Feedback Form (FF)

In the application, you can create Feedback Forms (FF) for tests, courses, events, programs, and knowledge base materials.

By default, the application already has a Feedback Form (FF) and it is used for all 4 types of events.

You can create an unlimited number of feedback forms. However, at any given time, only one feedback form can be active for each type (courses, tests, events, programs).

To add a new Feedback Form, click on the "Add Feedback Form" element.

To change the name of the Feedback Form (FF), click on "Change name to save", enter the new name, and press "Record".

Select the event type for which the Feedback Form will be used:

Make changes to questions directly in the fields

Move questions up and down by dragging the elements near the numbers with the mouse.

It is possible to delete unnecessary questions.

It is possible to add the required number of new questions.

Similarly, answers are edited.

After developing the feedback form, you can preview how it will appear to the user.
