In the application, you can create Feedbackfeedback Forms (FF)forms for tests, courses, events, programs, and knowledge base materials.

By default,Default theThe application already has a Feedbackfeedback Form (FF)form and it is used for all 4 types of events.

You can create an unlimited number of feedback forms. However, at any given time, only one feedback form can be active for eachper type (courses, tests, events, programs). can be active.

To add a new Feedback Form,form, click on the "Add Feedback Form" element.

To change the namequestionnaire of the Feedback Form (FF),name, click on "Change name to save", enter the new name, and press "Record"Save".

Select the event type for which type of events the Feedback Formquestionnaire will be used:

Make changes to the questions directly in the fields

Move questions up and down by dragging the elements near the numbers with the mouse.
