Feedback form

In the application, you can create feedback forms for tests, courses, and external/face-to-face events.

By default, the application already has a feedback form and it is used for all 4 types of events.

You can create an unlimited number of forms. But at a specific time, only one form can be active for each type (courses, tests, events, programs).

To add a new form, click on the "Add servey" element.

To change the name of the questionnaire, click on "Change the name to save", enter a new name and click "Save".

Select for what type of event the form will be used:

Make changes to questions directly in the fields

Move questions up and down by grabbing the elements near the numbers with your mouse

You can delete unnecessary questions

You can add the required number of new questions.

The answers are edited in a similar way.

After developing the questionnaire, you can see how it will look for the user.
