Learning/Testing Assignments

Assignments to moderators are available in the moderator menu.

The main assignments page looks as follows:

Contains three tabs:

Program assignments

The program assignments tab contains current assignments and an element to create a new assignment.

Each assignment includes a delete element - a cross. However, you can only delete assignments that haven't been published.

Archive. An assignment can be moved to the archive, but you must first unpublish it.

Creating an Assignment. To create a new assignment, click on the plus sign. image.png

A new program assignment card will open:

The card contains the following elements and fields:

image.png - a dropdown list for selecting a program.

image.png  selection of employees and departments. groups for which assignments are made.

image.png - select dates. Dates are informational.

After setting a task in each module, you can edit dates and observers by module:

You can add new employees to the assignment. After adding new employees, click the Save button.

Program results

The program results tab contains the current status of the assignments.

The status can be changed manually.

The program results can be transferred to the archive.

Course/Test Assignments

From the main assignment menu you can:

To create an assignment, open the "Assignments" section in the moderator menu.

o add an assignment, click on the "Add assignment" button image.png

The add course/test assignment card will be opened.

In the opened window, select the department and click the "Add" button.

All employees in this department will be added:

To delete one student, click the "Delete" button (looks like a cross) image.png

To add a group, click the "Group" button  image.png

In the window that opens, select a group and click the "Add" button.

All students in this group will be added.

To add students, click the "Employees" button.image.png

In the opened window, select employees and click the "Add" button. To add multiple employees, select the records while holding down the Ctrl button.

To add a course or test, click the "Add tests/courses" button image.png

In the opened window, select a course or test and click Add.

To delete a course/test, click the cross next to the name.

Add observers. They will be observers in the created tasks.

After the course/test is assigned, the student will receive a notification about the assignment.

These notifications will be available in the Bitrix Notifications section.

The assignment will also be displayed in the tasks.

The task looks like this.

Notifications about assignments are visible in your personal account.

For example, in this screenshot, you can see the assigned tests in the My tests section of your personal account - test number, test name, Status, Assigned, start and end dates.

To take this test, you need to click the "Take" link in the Actions column.

After completing the tests, the test status and percentage of correct answers will be displayed.

In this case, test #1107 is Failed, and the status also shows Self-enrollment – ​​i.e. the student enrolled in the course himself.

Test #760 is passed and the status shows Assigned – i.e. it was assigned by the moderator.

Deleting course/test assignments

Deleting an assignment, Select the assignment you want to delete, click on the item image.png and confirm the deletion.

Deleted irrevocably, courses/tests will disappear from those assigned in your personal account.

Editing course/test assignments

To edit a course, click on the name in the list of assignments - the course will be opened for editing. After making changes, click the Save button.

Archiving course/test assignments

To transfer to the archive, you need to select the desired destination or template and transfer to the archive using the elementimage.png

To view archived assignments, click on the item image.png and back image.png

The following actions are available for archived assignments: Restore from archive and Delete. When you select the corresponding assignment and click the "Restore from archive" button, the assignment will be returned from the archive to the main assignments section.

Creating an assignment for new employees

A. Move the slider to the active position "This is a template for assignment". Select the option "for new employees".

B. Enter the title, description, add courses/tests and module responsibles.

C. There can only be one template for new employees, but it can contain several courses/tests.

Create an assignment for groups

A. Move the slider to the active position "This is a template for assignment". Select the option "for groups". Select a group, the groups are pulled from your Bitrix.

B. Enter the name, description, add courses/tests and observers.

All newly added employees to the group will be automatically assigned courses/tests.

Tasks in Bitrix. By default, tasks will be set for completing a course/test; if you deactivate this element, no tasks will be set.

C. The template looks like this. In this case, when a new assignment is made to an employee from the template, a separate assignment for this employee will be created in the list of assignments:
