App Roles

The following roles can be attached in the app:

• User that can add lessons as an author, and coordinate and approve lessons if chosen as Coordinator and/or Approver by the author of the lesson;
• Portal administrator having access to the app settings, appointing the App Moderator, and editing and deleting any lessons.
• App Moderator is appointed by the portal administrator, and can delete, edit and archive any lessons.
• Coordinator is a user appointed by the author of the lesson to coordinate a lesson. Several Coordinators can be appointed. Coordination is completed when a lesson is coordinated by each of the users taking part in the coordination process
• Approver is a user appointed by the author of the lesson that carries out the approval of the lesson, and adds tasks to a lesson.

Supervisor is appointed by the approver of the lesson. Supervisor gets notifications on updates in lesson stages.
