Catalogs
Section "Catalogs" It serves as a centralized repository for all educational resources and the system's knowledge base. In this section, users can independently search for materials of interest, enroll in Learning, and participate in corporate activities.
Main subsections:
- Catalog coursesDatabase of all available training courses. The user can use filters by sections and tags for quick search. The course card displays its Rating, and upon opening, a detailed description is shown with the duration, XP points, and a button indicated. "Complete Learning".
- Catalog softwareList of comprehensive development programs, grouped by categories (e.g., "For Beginners", "Section 1"). The section also provides access to Software archive.
- Catalog testList of self-assessment tests for knowledge verification. Cards contain Status publication status ("Published") and the relevance date.
- Catalog eventsShowcase of upcoming webinars, conferences, and trainings. For each event, the following are indicated:
- Participation type (Internal / External).
- Platform for conducting (e.g., Zoom).
- Participant limit (e.g., "0 / 20 participants").
- Application submission capability and link to feedback form.
- Catalog pollsPlatform for employee surveys and feedback collection. In the survey card, its Status ("Active" or "Passed"), the number of questions, and the anonymity level are visible.
- Knowledge BaseCentralized repository of disparate educational materials.
"Knowledge Base" functionality
This subsection is intended for working with documents and media files:
- SystematizationMaterials are distributed according to "Regiments" (by thematic folders), such as "My Shelf".
- Content typesThe system supports displaying external links, SCORM packages, video files (MP4), PDF documents, longreads, h5p and cforj formats.
- NavigationProvided search by name Material and filtering by categories (e.g., "Books").
Control Interface: In all catalogs, buttons are available in the upper right part of the screen for list updatesswitching display view (tile or list) and button "Back" for quick return to the main menu.
