Competency management model in the application

The application implements a three-level model, with the help of which you can describe completely different competency models.

Level 1 - competency. For example, "teamwork".

Level 2 - manifestation indicator. For example, for the competency "teamwork", "interested in the opinions of other colleagues", "quickly establishes contact and maintains partnerships", etc.

Level 3 - assessment. It can be any, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or demonstrates, does not demonstrate, or good, average, excellent, etc.

Any values ​​can be set at each level.

If the company has adopted a two-level competency model "Competence-Assessment". Then when creating a competency, no indicators will be added, but the competency itself will be assessed.

In the competency management module, the choice of a one- or two-level model occurs by activating the slider in each competency:

General scheme of the assessment

1. Setting up the assessment.

2. Selecting the assessees and assessors.

The assessors are always added by the moderator.

The assessors can be formed in two ways:

The moderator forms the list of assessors. By adding each assessor to the assessee separately. You can pull them from the structure of subordinates, the manager.
The assessors themselves form the list. This option is activated, then the assessors in the personal account in the My assessments section have a task to form a list of assessors and select the one who approves this list.

3. Selecting the competencies by which the assessment and scales will be carried out. Competencies can be pulled from the profile. The profile, competencies and scale are entered in advance in the Competency Management module.

4. The status of the list formation and the assessment itself can be viewed in the Results tab.

5. After the assessment is completed, the results will be available in the Results tab.

The assessment section is available only to application moderators.

Creating an assessment

Creating a 180/360 assessment is available only to application moderators.

The evaluated ones are always filled in by the moderator.

Evaluator can be formed in two ways:

Fill in the section “Competencies, indicators, assessment scale”.

Profile, competencies and scales are added in advance in the Competency Management module.

After filling in all the data on the "Assessment" tab, the "Publish 360 evaluators" element will become active. When it is switched to active mode, the assessment will be launched, and the evaluators will see this assessment in their personal accounts in the My assessments tab.

The assessment can also be saved, but not published, to do this, you need to click the "Save" button.

 

 

Employee assessment

After creating and publishing an assessment, the employees who are assessing will see this assessment in their personal account in the My assessments section.

To assess, you need to click on the assessment name and assess the employee according to the proposed competencies, selecting assessments from the list.

At the end, you can enter comments that will be reflected in the moderator's general report.

Assessment results

The results of the assessment are available only to the moderator. To do this, you need to open the assessment and the "Results" tab. The assessment can also be available to evaluated if the corresponding setting was activated when creating the assessment.

The assessment results are presented in the form of a table with the assessments given by each evaluated for each competency.

The application automatically generates a diagram.

In addition, in the Reports section, by selecting the 360 ​​Assessment report, the moderator can build reports for several employees and download them to pdf or excel formats.

You can delete the answer of one or more assessors. To do this, click the "Delete answers" button and select those whose answers will be deleted. image.png

You can publish the assessment results in the evalated of the person being assessed, adding comments from the moderator.

 

Coordination of the list of evaluators

The mechanism for forming the list of evaluators by the evaluated is as follows.

In this window, you need to select the evaluators and list coordinator.

The coordinator is usually the direct manager.

The coordinator will have a task to coordinate the list of evaluators in the My assessments section of the 360 ​​assessment requests subsection of their personal account:

It is necessary to open it and agree or disagree on the list.

At the same time, the coordinator can also make changes to the list.

The moderator in the Assessment section in the List statuses tab displays all current assessments, in which lists of evaluators with current statuses are formed.

You can select the evaluated and send a system notification - reminder.

Once the lists are formed and сoordinated, the assessment for all the evaluated in the Assessments section for the moderator receives the status Coordinated:
